My name is Ira Tenaya, I’m a Mom and a Wife. I was born & raised in Indonesia, and have always had a deep appreciation for the mountainous & coastal Indonesian islands landscape. I love exploring the great outdoors that surround Indonesia, Southern California and beyond. Over the years, I’ve had the honor of studying and traveling worldwide, exposing me to learn, adapt and succeed in my real estate endeavors.
My background in Architecture design and years of work experiences in Escrow world not only gave me an extensive knowledge in real estate contracts and closings, but it also afforded me the ability to combine my true professional passions, my love for people, designs and mathematics, while still allowing me to use my creative problem-solving brain, communication and negotiation skills altogether.
It has always been my ambition to bring the highest level of service to the Southern California marketplace, primarily in the IE, OC, LA, and my Local Rancho Cucamonga area. I understand that selling or buying a home is probably one of the most significant (and possibly emotional) transactions of our lives and one that requires the support & knowledge of true professionals who are on your side. That’s where I come in, as your real estate professional, I’ve got the tools, the experience, the knowledge, the tenacity, and the coffee to make sure you never feel lost during the whole process.
Beyond my passion for real estate, it is my joy to serve others in my communities in any way possible. I actively engage in my local church and local moms communities. We meet every week or twice a month to get coffee and go out to get fresh air, connect and support one another. Giving back is essential to me. I believe by supporting local communities & small businesses and shopping small, you’re supporting real, genuine people who have put their passion ahead of convenience and whole-heartedly believe in the business they are running. Small businesses are the backbone of our economy as they help push economic growth and the local economy.
Knowing that this earth is the home for all of our homes. I am convinced that sustainable living is vital in order to create thriving, healthy, diverse and resilient communities for our generation and future generations to come. Regardless of who we are, where we live, and what we do, we all have a moral obligation to each other, our future generations, and other species to sustain the planet. Our present choices and actions have huge long-term impacts on future generations. Practicing sustainability ensures that we make ethical choices that bring a safe and livable future to everyone. It is important to use the environment and its resources rationally and protect it for the good of the earth, our environment, humanity, and all living beings.
I believe that we’re placed on earth not just to exist. We’re made for a reason, to have meaning and purpose. So my hope by doing what I love to do, what I am passionate about, in combination with what I am good at, my gifts, abilities, character, knowledge, connections and experiences, I can use them to serve and help my clients and others reach their real estate dreams and goals.
